Thank you for shopping with us. Each item in our store is made to order, which means products are created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases. However, we are happy to help if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
Since our products are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong color
- Entering the wrong shipping address
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Please review product details, size charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to reship the item, but additional shipping charges may apply.
If the order has already gone into production, we may not be able to change the address or cancel the order.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the tracking information.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error with your order.
Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, cancellations are only possible before an order goes into production.
Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.
